PRODUCTS
Garlic Scapes
Hardneck varieties of garlic grow scapes that are ready for harvesting about a month before the garlic is mature. They are used for cooking and pickling and have a mild garlic flavor, absolutely great for Pesto!
Fresh Garlic
We offer two varieties of garlic: Softneck Italian Red and Hardneck German White. Fresh garlic is only lightly cleaned and trimmed between harvest and market. This is as fresh as it gets!
Granulated Garlic
What is the quickest, easiest way to add a great garlic flavor to any dish? Granulated garlic, or garlic powder will do the trick without any extra hassle! Our granulated garlic products are sold in bulk and in retail sizes.
